Shipping within Australia

COVID-19 delays are causing some shipping delays within Australia.

We offer a flat rate of $9.95 for standard postage and $16.95 for express postage on all orders.

Orders will only be sent once full payment has been received. Please allow 1-3 days for your order to be sent.

Please allow 2-5 business days after your order has been dispatched for all deliveries to major metropolitan areas throughout Australia, and 3-8 business days after your order has been dispatched for all other areas within Australia.

Please ensure that your address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrectly entered addresses.

Once your order is complete, you will be emailed your tracking number.

Bulky Items

Bulky items my incur additional delivery charges. In this event, you may opt to pay the extra postage costs and proceed with your order or cancel your order with a full refund.

Returns

Returns will not be accepted for a change of mind.

If your product is faulty please contact us at thedollconnection.au@gmail.com. Return shipping will be at the expense of the customer.
